Credit
Packages or your own amount, with an invoice for every top-up. Credit is valid for 24 months from purchase and then expires; it is not paid out, not even on cancellation. The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal remains.

Questions about pricing
Are postage and envelope included?
Yes. The price includes printing, enveloping, envelope, franking and handover to Deutsche Post, including 19% VAT.
Why does the price depend on the number of pages?
More sheets mean more printing and, above a certain weight, higher postage. Double-sided printing saves sheets and is therefore often cheaper for several pages.
Is there a base fee or subscription?
No. You only pay for letters you send. Top up from €5.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, an invoice by email for every top-up, plus a transaction overview of all letters in the app.
What happens if a letter cannot be sent?
If transmission fails, the full amount automatically goes back to your credit and you get an email.
